He’s worked with Don and Martha for fifteen years, both as their booking agent and as the head of 1to1 Media, the independent publishing and content marketing arm of Peppers & Rogers Group. He is a customer experience junkie, extremely loyal to his favorite brands, and a customer advocate for companies that treat him right.
