Michael runs the day-to-day operations of CX Speakers and oversees all client engagements. He’s worked with Don and Martha for eighteen years, both as their booking agent and as the head of 1to1 Media, the independent publishing and content marketing arm of Peppers & Rogers Group. He is a customer experience junkie, extremely loyal to his favorite brands, and a customer advocate for companies that treat him right.
